Job Description
Professional HVAC/R is looking to add an accountant to our team. 

Do you have a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting? Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding career opportunity? If so, we want to hear from you! We're seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree (Required)
• Master's Degree (Preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel
• Previous experience with a CPA firm is a plus.
• Previous experience in QuickBooks Required.
• Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat is a HUGE plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance of financial records for all entities within the organization
  • Production of monthly financial statements
  • Reconciliation of bank/cash and general ledger accounts
  • Weekly cash flow/forecast reporting
    Weekly Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable reporting
  • Weekly maintenance of Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payable
  • Coordination with outside accountants for annual audit or related tax filings
  • Production and maintenance of all payroll filings and production of payroll
  • Handling the Safe Harbor 401K and Cash Balance Plans
  • Production of financial ratios/EBITDA margin reports
  • Reconciliation and Issuance of W-2’s and 1099s

Schedule:
•    8 hour shift, Monday - Friday
