Compensation: $45,000 to $100,000 Annually

*Crew Leader with refrigeration installation experience needed now! Must have EPA Universal Certifications, clean driving record, and willing to travel for 1- to 3-week long assignments. Candidate must have great communication skills with customers and be a motivator/self-starter for the 4-man crews. Candidate must have computer skills and be able to understand programmable controllers and their operation.
*Off load equipment safely using forklifts or tow trucks and/or loading docks, install supermarket grade refrigerated fixtures and assemble walk-in panels. Silver brazing of refrigeration piping including correct pipe hanging techniques and insulation of the piping, evacuation, and have all start-up capabilities. Candidate must have experience in properly shimming of fixtures and making the work aesthetically pleasing. Candidate shall be qualified to troubleshoot all issues with the fixtures including electrical. Candidate should also have experience in towing trailers and have some experience in rigging, but we will train. Prep work includes preparing the floors, removal of customer shelving and working in an open retail environment to complete the install project in 1 day. We will train new candidates in our procedures.
